SUMMA+mizuRoute vs WRF-Hydro at 6-hr lead

Has anyone benchmarked SUMMA + mizuRoute against WRF-Hydro for 6-hr flash-flood guidance in small Appalachian basins? On a 90 m grid with 15-min forcings, my SUMMA config yields median NSE 0.78 in hindcast, but exceedance probability Brier score stalls at 0.32; looking for routing/DA choices that improve reliability without more than 2x runtime on a 16-core node.

On ‘90 m’ basins, try mizuRoute Muskingum–Cunge; EnKF on USGS stage improved my Brier 0.32→0.24, kept <2× runtime.
